Kasuga Sake Brewery has won numerous awards, both in Japan and abroad. It is a historic brewery founded in 1915 in Inadani, Nagano Prefecture. The brewery pays respect to the mountains of Inadani and all the living things that inhabit them and continues to brew sake that coexists with people’s daily lives. The brand logo expresses the passion and unwavering spirit of sake brewing, based on the concepts of water and rice, which are indispensable for sake.
